We are fully aware of the current situation with regards to travel during the outbreak of Coronavirus and we're trying our best to keep on top of the latest developments so we can keep you informed.
If you're looking to book a holiday, we recommend you check the latest travel restrictions and recommendations from the official Gov.uk website and check with your airline ahead of time, prior to booking. If you have an existing booking, rest assured this is still in place until otherwise stated — We follow guidelines and measures for the health and safety of our staff and all guests and we'll remain open until it's recommended otherwise.
If your flights have been cancelled, your airline will be responsible for the refund process. Please not we will not be held liable for cancellations to your travel arrangements as per our terms and conditions. If you need to cancel your booking, it will be subject to our cancellation policy and associated fees.
